June 2, 2008 - HARAX® M8-S 3-pin male M8-connector is used for connecting cables with wire size of 0.08 mm² by means of insulation displacement method. Cables with outer diameter running from 2.5-5.1 mm can also be utilized.

New Features for HARAX® M8-S

April 2008

The requirements for connecting cables with a wire size of 0.08 mm² by the means of the insulation displacement method called HARAX® are constantly growing.

The newly developed 3-pin male M8-connector from HARTING fulfills this requirement. The availability is scheduled for July 2008. Beside this new development the previous available HARAX® M8 has also been upgraded. The well-known HARAX® M8 will be supplied with 3 different seals. Cables with an outer diameter running from 2.5 mm to 5.1 mm can be used. The correct size seal will be removed out of a frame. A positive effect of this new frame with 3 seals is the reduction to a single supplied part.
