Triple Strand Chain Conveyor's frame is manufactured from parallel flanged structural steel channel with angle cross braces at intervals to provide rigidity. Carrying chains are set at 520 mm between strands running on UHMWP wear strips and chain tension is by take-up at tail end of conveyor. Drive is via SEW hollow shaft geared motor speed reducer, while horsepower is geared to suit load requirements, application, and service.
As part of its standard range of equipment, Industrial Conveying (Aust) Pty Ltd has introduced a means of transporting empty or fully laden pallets up to 2500 kg.
