Supplied in 4 x 7 x 1.59 in. package, CEF400-112C series provides 400 W of continuous power in 1U form-factor without requiring additional system airflow. There is one always-on, 5 V auxiliary output in addition to main 12 V output, and I²C interface allows monitoring of operating status. In addition to active PFC, features include N+1 redundancy with integral OR-ing FET and current sharing, Class B conducted EMI, integral fan, and on-board monitoring/control.

Murata Power Solutions has introduced its CEF400-112C series, a new 400W, single output AC/DC switching power supply for distributed power architecture (DPA) designs requiring reliable 12V bulk power.
The IEC EN61000-3-2 compliant power supply accepts a universal input voltage range of 85 to 264VAC or 120 to 300VDC. In addition to its main 12V output, the CEF400-112C also features an 'always on' 5V auxiliary output for applications that require standby operation. A built-in OR-ing FET enables current sharing for N+1 redundancy and fault-tolerant applications.
