July 28, 2008 - Operating at forward current up to 150 mA, Ultra-Bright 0.5 W SMD LEDs come in blue, white, warm white, green, yellow, and red as well as RGB Full Color option at 120 mA per channel. Viewing angle is 120°, and package design is optimized for heat dissipation. Built-in zener diode withstands ESD voltage up to 8,000 V. IR reflow solderable and automation friendly, series is designed for automatic pick-and-place mounting process.
