The CoroMill 365 is a facemilling cutter for roughing to semi-finishing of cast iron components. The new tool is best utilized in large series production or applications requiring high volumes of metal removal in the shortest times possible.
The CoroMill 365 provides high accuracy through a strong and stable cutter body and precision ground inserts. With a wedge clamp design, the extra close pitch cutters achieve excellent production economy by allowing for machining at very high table feed rates.
The unique design of the light cutting inserts ensures a secure and reliable machining process. The CoroMill 365's 'Multi Edge' concept contains eight true cutting edges that offer up to .24" depth of cut in a burr and frittering-free machining, producing high component quality.
