Designed to be on shop floor next to machines, benchtop Toolmaster TM10 Presetters produce run-out less than 0.00008 in. with Needle Bearing Basket. Tool taper rides on needle bearings, which allows dust and debris to pass through. With 2% taper contact, debris or scratches in toolholder will not effect measurement. REGO FIX's Toolmaster TM10 Presetters Offer High Quality Swiss Precision
New Line of Presetters Combines Ease of Use with an Affordable Price
Indianapolis, Indiana, November 21, 2005 - REGO-FIX's new Toolmaster TM10 Presetters bring together high quality Swiss precision, extensive capability, ease of use and an affordable price. The compact tabletop units are suitable for all tool measuring and presetting applications, and do not require any special computer or programming knowledge.
The TM10 Presetters were designed to be on the shop floor next to the machines. The ability to have the presetter next to the machine and not in a separate room positively impacts productivity levels on the low-cost system.
The Toolmaster TM10 line also uses electronic parallel correction. Since this function is not performed manually, the user has the ability to make quick, any time, parallelism corrections without complicated mechanical adjustments. The Toolmaster line also produces run-out less than 0.00008" with its patented Needle Bearing Basket. The tool taper rides on the needle bearings, which allows dust and debris to pass through. With 2% taper contact, the debris or scratches in the toolholder will not effect the measurement.
The affordable Toolmaster TM 10 line ranges from the least expensive, basic model to models with more advanced and user-friendly electronic features.
