New Hi-Vis Hydration Pack Keeps Workers Hydrated, Seen

ST. PAUL, Minn. - (March 21, 2005) Ergodyne today announced the release of its latest WorkSmart gear bag, the GB5155 Hi-Vis Low Profile Hydration Pack.

The new hydration pack is constructed with high-vis lime nylon for daytime visibility and reflective glass bead tape for maximum night visibility. Water capacity is 2 liters (70 ounces), or about 3 hours under most conditions.

The hydration pack’s closed cell insulation keeps water cool while an insulated bite valve helps prevent contamination. Padded, adjustable shoulder and chest straps round out the design for optimal comfort. The GB5155 Low Profile Hydration Pack comes in both Hi-Vis Lime and Black.

According to Ergodyne Marketing Manager, Howard Huber: "Hot weather work can mean dangerous dehydration. We’re excited about the great response this product is getting from workers who need to stay safely hydrated and visible.”

Founded in 1983, Ergodyne – a pioneer in the development of products for worker comfort and safety – is the leading provider of what it calls “tenacious work gear.” Ergodyne is headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Information on its complete line of tenacious work gear is available at www.ergodyne.com, or by calling 800-225-8238.
