Ejector Sleeves are custom machined and finished.
December 29, 2004 - Custom Ejector Sleeves can be machined from H-13, A10, S-7, and M-2 tool steel, as well as 420 and 440 stainless steels, with 0.0002 in. accuracy on ID and OD and surface finishes to 2 RMS. Sizes range from 0.016 in. ID to 2 in. OD in lengths up to 14 in. long, with or without shoulders. Customized with EDM forms, vent grooves, ribs, and other special requirements, sleeves can be supplied with surface treatments including various nitride processes and plating.

Custom Ejector Sleeves; Precision Machined And Finished
Custom ejector sleeves that can be produced from a variety of materials and surface treatments, with accuracy to 0.0002” on the I.D. and O.D., are being introduced by Ezell Precision Tool Co. of Clearwater, Florida.
Ezell Custom Ejector Sleeves can be machined from H-13, A10, S-7, M-2 tool steel, 420- and 440 stainless steels, and feature 0.0002” accuracy on the I.D. and O.D. with surface finishes to 2 RMS. Customized with EDM forms, vent grooves, ribs, and other special requirements, they can be supplied with surface treatments including various nitride processes and plating.
Available in prototype through production quantities, Ezell Custom Ejector Sleeves can be produced in diameters from 0.016” I.D. up to 2” O.D. and in lengths up to 14” long with or without shoulders. These ejector sleeves can also be supplied as sets with matching core pins.
