March 26, 2003 - Series RHX HARD-CORE™ H-13 Hotwork Die Steel Ejector Pins feature 50-55 Rc core hardness with ion-nitride surface of 65-74 Rc to eliminate flaking, cracking, and dishing. They are thermal resistant to 1100°F without loss of physical properties. Hot forged and annealed to facilitate machining of heads, pins come in 1/32–˝ in. diameters and +.005 in. oversize in lengths from 6–14 in., with ˝, 2, 3, and 4 in. shoulder lengths. Diameter tolerances can be held to .0001 in.

Hotwork Ejector Pins Hardened and Marked for Easy I.D.
A new line of hotwork ejector pins that are hardened throughout and marked for easy identification, with the pin catalog number and size, is being introduced by Royal Diversified Products, Inc. of Warren, Rhode Island.
RHX Series HARD-CORE™ H-13 Hotwork Die Steel Ejector Pins are precision ground and feature 50-55 Rc core hardness with an ion nitrided surface of 65-74 Rc to eliminate flaking, cracking and dishing. Thermal resistant to 1100°F without the loss of physical properties, these hardened through ejector pins are ideal for working with glass filled materials.
Hot forged and annealed to facilitate machining of the heads, RHX Series HARD-CORE™ H-13 Hotwork Die Steel Ejector Pins are available in standard 1/32" to ˝" dias. and +.005" oversize in lengths from 6" to 14", with ˝", 2", 3", and 4" shoulder lengths. Diameter tolerances can be held to .0001".
