Ejector Sleeves offer expanded lengths to 12 in.
October 21, 2002 - Ejector Sleeves are machined from H-13 hotwork die steel and ion nitrided to Rc 65-75 on inside and outside diameters for wear resistance. Precision ground with +.0005-0000 in. ID tolerance and OD tolerance of -/0003-0008 in., standard sleeves are available from 3 to 12 in. long with 3/32 to 3/4 in. IDs. Special Sleeves can be machined from 420 and 440 stainless, A10, S-7, and M-2 steel as well as H-13 hotwork die steel.

Ejector Sleeves; Longer Sizes and Specials Offered
A full line of standard ejector sleeves, all machined from H-13 hotwork die steel and ion nitrided on the inside and outside diameters, that has been expanded to 12" L and can be modified to customer requirements has been introduced by Royal Diversified Products, Inc. of Warren, Rhode Island.
Royal Ejector Sleeves are machined from H-13 hotwork die steel and ion nitrided to Rc 65-74 on the I.D.s and O.D.s for optimum wear resistance. Precision ground with a +.0005-0000" I.D. tolerance and an O.D. tolerance of -/0003-0008", standard sleeves are now available from 3" to 12" L with 3/32" to 3/4" I.D.s and specials can be produced to customer requirements.
Featuring EDM profiles and shapes, steps, profiles, custom shoulders, flats, and O-ring grooves, special Royal Ejector Sleeves can be machined from 420 and 440 stainless, A10, S-7, and M-2 steel as well as H-13 hotwork die steel.
Royal Standard Ejector Sleeves are priced from $23.85 each, depending upon size and quantity. Literature and pricing are available upon request.
